I actually weighed myself this morning and found out I had gained :( However, I stayed under my calories so I'm hoping I'm just retaining water! Thanks for the encouraging words! I definitely needed it.

So the idea is to weight train with a calorie deficit and then once all the unwanted fat is lost, eat for maintance to build muscle?
