Not from the first month but when i started month 2 i did, and did not saw any changes :(i think is because i didn t eat enough.i tryed to eat clean.. One or two days i had something bad, like chocolate and then startin all over again. I will finish insanity and i m gonna do month 2 again:D sorry for my english if it s bad

Yeah, i started writing some foods and their calories, but what about macros? I need 40% proteins,40% carbs and20% fats.. How i calculate that? Any ideeas? Or i should just counting cals..i don t know..?!

Okay thank you.i don t have my pc with me now, i m not in my country, i just have my phone and it s hard to enter something on mfp,don t know why. Anyway, i try to count my cals just simple...i wasn t sure i m doing it right.. I m new in to this" calorie counting".thank you very much.

And i don t use my fit pal to count calories.. I do t know how to use it and i m from my phone, it goes very slowly.that s why i don t have anything in my diary.
