For me, the greatest indicator is by looking back at the "Pro Herbalife" posts on this thread. The majority come from accounts with just a handful of posts and when you look at their post history, they only ever comment on Herbalife topics. Clever marketing + clever pyramid scheme - poor product = Daft gullible people.

In theory you've already answered your own question - you're focussing too much on 1 thing, the scales, and not the bigger picture. More toned, feeling better and in better shape not to mention all the mental/psychological improvements you've not doubt made. All that, combined with knowing you are eating correctly and…

Been there and fought that battle :) What sort of snack are you eating? I know this may sound obvious, but force yourself not to buy them - if they are not close to hand then you're less likely to pop out to the store regardless of cravings.

Thanks for all the motivation folks. I can't lie and say it's been easy - but the truth is that exercise and diet combined really do work. I've heard so many of my friends talking about crazy diets (atkins, cabbage soup, etc) and it all seems pointless to me ... Just live a healthy lifestyle and your body finds the right…

You should post up some new before and after pictures Vicky - would be good to see the difference.

Have to agree with the bodyshock! Every month I'm having what I call a 'reset' day, just eating how I used to prior to starting MFP - so an unhealthy breakfast, big lunch and perhaps a McDonald's for dinner followed by some unhealthy chocolatey snacks at night. Not only do I use this as a reward for doing so well all…

Best post I've read on these forums and sums up exactly how I feel. We're all in this together! Group hug anyone? :)

Hi, you should submit this great idea on the 'Website Suggestions/Feedback' section of this forum - hopefully they pick up on it.

Well done Vicky, and welcome to forums after a year of lurking behind the scenes :) Can see a big difference, especially your shoulders don't look so broad. It's always hard to see the difference in yourself, but it's certainly noticeable. Keep up the good work. Gary X

It really is fantastic, although I can't say it was fantastic at the start - post xmas I was craving chocolate for the first couple of week, was sure I was having proper withdrawal symptoms as I'd normally have chocolate every single day. Even though I plan to keep using MFP, I already think I've retrained myself to know…

Yeah, without sounding cheesy, you can really feel the burn as it seems to do well exercising different muscle groups with good cardio work to burn off the calories. You also have the Your Shape Centre online portal where you can keep tabs on calories burned using the game on your own website dashboard.

I've just started using Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and it's brilliant - lots of different types of workouts for all levels. You can download demo's too, and if you've already bought the Kinect accessory then there are demo's on the Kinect Adventures game disc itself.

I just add my most commonly eaten food things as individual meals - then they are all under the one list.
