A year on...............

Hi
My journey started last January and I have been doing exercise
at home with the wii which is the first thing I bought then got an xbox
both are really good for home exercise!!

I wanted to let you know how I was going this site has been a godsend
for me it keeps me on track and the support you get is amazing!! I am trying to
put before and after piks on so fingers crossed................lol

A year down the line I have lost 2stone 9lbs and I am still going!!
It is coming off slowly but surely and I am very pleased with the progress
I am making!!

It took lots of people tell me there was a diffrence as I couldnt see it!!
I am enjoying my journey I hope you all do great in your journey too!!

    You're probably going to have to crop the pictures for them to show. All we can see is a shoulder. :-)

    But congratulations on your success! I know you feel so much better knowing that you've taken back control of your life!

    Well done Vicky, and welcome to forums after a year of lurking behind the scenes :)

    Can see a big difference, especially your shoulders don't look so broad. It's always hard to see the difference in yourself, but it's certainly noticeable.
