I have looked up eBay and the cheapest FitBit of any type I can get is the FitBit zip for £40 which seems a lot when it doesn't measure steps on carpet (would say I spend 60-70% of my time on that)

I lowered my dosage to 500mg myself and gonna stick with that for a week before increasing back up to 1000mg. Hope it goes well for you. I still have diahorrea but hoping that'll calm down soon! I'll give you an add so we can support each other while we're getting used to it :)

oh my goodness thank you so much for posting this thread - was literally just about to post one very similar. Yeah I always eat a cereal bar before I start. My Day 3 wasn't as bad though - didnt feel as sick. I've started using 3lb weights instead of 4lb :) x

Just completed Level 1, Day 2 - still hating it. Is it normal to feel sick and really dizzy afterwards?? I'm worried these workouts are pushing my body a wee bit too far! Also have just realised the weights I've been using are 2kg, not 2lbs!!! I'm so stupid lol.

@chriswhudson I don't go near any pills etc, have tried them in the past and its made no difference. I have a pedometer app on my iPhone and it counts my steps, distance, speed, cals burnt etc. thanks everyone for your replies! And feel free to add me as a friend :)
