  • i have had problems with this as well. i have more problems the more carbs i eat. esp for breakfast. i find eating protein for breakfast the biggest help. 4 slices of bacon and 2 eggs. with unsweetened coffee. i get tired of it and eat oatmeal sometimes, and then have low blood sugar 2 hours later. candy, pop, cake, etc…
  • i dont know much about customizing the stuff, but i just put in all my info and then record breastfeeding as 500 calories burned as an exercise. my baby is 11 mo now and he nurses alot. the program tells me to eat 1300 then i eat back the 500 for bfing plus what i exercise. i have been losing a lb a week.
  • i do what i can when i can. i try not to feel bad when i am not doing as much as i think i should. i also count everything i do as exercise. if i spent 40 min showering and doing my hair, i record it as light housework. if i do anything except sit on my rear, i count it as exercise. this afternoon i was visiting a sick…
  • that is ridiculous. last time i lost 40 lbs, it only took me 10 months.
  • i have chronic pain. for years i dealt with it, migraines, ibs, fatigue, and other things. nobody could tell me why. so they dxd me with fibromyalgia. eventually i was dxd with ehlers-danlos syndrome type 3. which caused all my issues. i still live with chronic pain and fatigue but i now have more info on why and it makes…
  • i have been bfing for almost 7 years. 3 kids. you are only 2 mo post partum. whether or not you were bfing, you would not have lost any weight yet. it takes 9 mo to put on the weight. it will take 9 mo or more to lose it. WHETHER OR NOT YOU BREASTFEED. eat all your calories. eat lots of protein. drink lots of water.…
  • i nursed my last 2 babies till 2 yrs old. and this one being the last will prob nurse a little longer. before i got pregnant this last time i lost 40 lbs while nursing his sister. but i didnt start until she was 10 mo. and then it took my almost a year. hopefully this time it wont take so long. lol. it is so nice that…
  • my bowel movements were still regular. it is just another opinion. i keep a detailed food journal. if i eat something i shouldnt, the bloat starts within 10 hours. it takes me 3 days for it to go away. i guess that is how longs it takes me to move it out of my system.
  • my starting weight is what i weighed several weeks after birth. bc then i was measuring what was all me. i stayed that weight for 9 mo. then i started losing a lb here or there. it wasnt until i started trying to lose on purpose that 10 lbs flew off.
  • when this happens to me it is bc i am eating foods that are causing bloating. i dont know if that is your problem though. i have fructose intolerance. i get bloated if i eat too much fruit, wheat, sugar, or beans. sometimes i take a charcoal pill to reduce the gas but that gives me constipation. what happens to me is that…
  • i am. i set up everything so that i had a 1200 calories that i am supposed to eat everyday. i try to go over that but not by more than 500 calories. also in the exercise under cardiovascular you can check breastfeeding and it will count those calories burned. i just put down enough minutes to make it 500 calories bc that…
  • i just wanted to assure you that you can lose it while breastfeeding. i hold on to my weight as well. until baby is about 10 mo old. then it will come off with some exercise and watching what i eat. all i had to add in was yoga twice a week and a body flow class twice a week. it took me 10 mo and i lost 40 lbs. and i was…
