Hi, I was the biggest looser at our TOPS group this week! We have a snack basket that everyone (who wants to play, that is) contributes a healthy snack too every week. Well, IF you loose the most for the week AND are at your lowest weight for 2014, then you win!I had a weight loss of 4.4 pounds! WOOHOO!

Hi, I am in Carrollton, Virginia. I attend meetings in Portsmouth. I rejoined TOPS and MFP March 17, 2014. With the support from both groups I have lost 18 pounds in just over a month. I love my TOPS group!

I have thought about surgery before. It scares me for many reasons. I want to be able to do this. I was thin before. How did you guys do it? Where did you find the strength?

Thanks everybody for the words of wisdom! I am sure I will get the hang of it eventually. Maybe I will just be a kind of "stalker" and just read all of the post. Till I find my way around I guess. I have a LOOOOONG way to go! How do you have 2 tickers? 1 for your long term goal and one for your mini goal?
