You have done the right thing by starting, take baby steps, one thing at a time make small goals and meet them, realize that this is a long term commitment, reach out for help when needed and good luck add me as a friend if you wish I am 69 with about 70 lbs to lose, its never to late to try to improve your life

water certainly can taste different depending on how its being treated with different amounts of Chlorine so you aren't crazy and the idea here is to help one another not criticize. why not try some thing else perhaps flavored seltzer water, unsweet tea you don't want to add suger. good luck and don't let it throw you just…

I have the same problem with junk food and a beginner at this program to but one thing I am trying is chewing a piece of xtra gum when I crave something. Most of snacking is just a bad habit that we need to replace with something else. Good luck to both of us
