Same! Did Day2 Lev 2 this morning. I find Strength and Abs loads harder than the cardio on this one, whereas I found the Cardio harder on Lev 1. Weird? Especially some of the squats and lifts (Don't know what they're called) - I'm using 4lb weights at the mo and I'm finding that quite tough!! :explode:

I'm in! Took pics this morning, started on level 2 with 4.4lbs weights. It was so hard, my arms were killing me! I feel fine now though and can't wait until tomorrow morning! SW 150lbs

I agree with Autumn, this plan has made me really taste the food I am eating on Fast days. Even Veg! I'd just 'eat' before, rather than taste. I also only fast on work days, I like to be busy when I fast. As of today I have incorporated 30 day shred, and will also be doing 6 week 6 pack - I've done the shred so far today…

This has actually massively inspired me to start running. I can't run for more than 45 seconds, and the embarrassment of how slow I go, and how worn out I get stops me from going. I'm going to start next week - and try and get my husband to start with me. Thank you for posting :smile:

I always buy rich tea. They are around 35 cals per biscuit, and they aren't small! I usually allow myself 3 as a snack with a cuppa :smile:

Well done! You can totally see a difference. Can I ask what you did? What were your calorie goals, and how much exercise did you do? I need to lose about 2 inches in my chest before August - don't know how many pounds this equates to though! I've added you, hope you don't mind :)

I'm starting this today too! I'm skipping straight to level 2, as I always do 10 days of level one, and then get bored. I'm going to do level 2 and mix it up a bit this time. When I'm under on protein, I eat a can of Tuna. Trace of Sugar and carbs, high in protein. :smile:
