As long as you're eating close to your goal you should be fine. Don't eat if you're not hungry just to make up for calories burned during exercise. I use a HRM for the calories burned during exercise so I have a pretty accurate amount. I only eat back about half of those calories on average.

I say stick with it. I was very out of shape when I did insanity. I was sore and couldn't make it through any of the workouts without stopping. In time you get better at it. I'm in better shape now and started doing t25. I could not make it through the entire workout without stopping my first few days but now I can. If you…

Just like with any home remedy some people are gonna swear by them and some people are gonna say it's a complete waste of time. The good thing about most home remedies though is they could be done with the items you already have in your pantry so it's not a total loss. If you have an excessive amount of skin at the end of…

OMG. This is exactly what I've been using for my lose skin and problem areas. It works. I got both recipes from a Spa Secrets book I was reading. The Coffee promotes circulation, Olive Oil moisturizes and the Vitamin E helps promote cell regeneration/turn over. I love this scrub. The recipe for a wrap I use in my hot detox…

That would be a concern of mine. I leave for the gym early in the AM. It's still dark outside. But I always check to make sure you cant see anything inappropriate. But lighting can be tricky.

What gym do you go to? lol

I wash my workout clothes after each wear. I can not imagine not doing so. Whether in panties or not. I sweat when I workout so that automatically disqualifies those clothes for a 2nd round. I guess depending on the pants you're wearing and your body type, chaffing could be an issues. I've never had a problem with chaffing…

I recommend a good HIIT session 2-3 times a week. Short intense workouts can be more effective than longer workouts.
