I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Bose earphones. I always had a problem with earphones falling out while running. Not an issue with Bose. Great sound, as expected from Bose and I hear nothing but my music when I have them on. I have the Sport/Active earphones. I think they are different from the regular earphones.

I lift weights regularly and never go without my gloves. I have a pair of Harbinger gloves. They are very comfortable. No complaints.

I forgot to add that Power Bars are also a good source for me. I prefer them over Quest bars . Quest bars are good for the nutritional value buy they remind me of paste. So it's like eating flavored paste. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I was able to increase the protein in my diet by adding more meat and dairy. I cut a lot of meat out of my diet before because I was on a fast. I completed the fast and was unable to get my needed protein from vegetables and beans because i don't eat that much of either. I suggest eggs/egg whites (of course), lean deli…

YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF. Don't lose weight because you don't like being fat. Lose weight because you love your body and want to be fit.
