u have to have some mass before ur can convert it to lean muscle. Try a weight gainer, with ur routine. focus on clean carbs so u add clean mass and not fat

Netflix and Hulu have free workout videos. If you buy a small dumbbell set U can really go to town...Just takes effort and the desire to want to change.

its just the beginning...you haven't even began to hit ur potential. Be sure to fuel ur body with lean proteins during the process so you can rebuild all them muscles ur breaking down while lifting!!!

u have to do both. U cant out train a bad diet. But with that being said...strength training is the way to go. You'll transform and re sculpt, while building an athletic body. Dont give up and use ur motivations to fuel ur workouts :)

u can do it... start by eating clean (no salt, sodium, dressings, sauces etc) eat every 3 hrs (high protein low to no carbs) drink a gallon of water and get ur heart rate up for in excess of 15 minutes when exercising. You'll begin to lose and will have it off in your first 2 weeks. Done and Done.

hi. i like ur motivation. ima workout fool, but am not as disciplined in the food areas. But Im still way better than most. I like the fact that you want to build muscle. That by far is the way to go...:)

i do almonds for protein and 2 pieces of fruit when Im going lite. I drink alot of water and Bam, done for the night. If i do get hungry hours later I'll ate an apple or orange and be content.

i gained like 4 since yesterday, but my real weight will comeback in a day or two and I'll go back to my pre-weekend weight. Dont worry, but stay on track and these extra pounds will fall back off as if they weren't there like before.

I eat raisins, figs or nutrition bars that have fruit. The sugars in the fruit usually work for me.
