Awesome! well done! are you taking break days? and how heavy are your weights?
-
Yes you can lose weight, just remember that you wont just lose fat though, you will also lose muscle mass!
-
3 pounds should be fine, might b a bit light for you! My hubby is also doing it with me and he is using 3kg weights which is 6.6 pounds! And he definitely feels it but after just 2 days he says that he can already feel his strength getting better!

Day 3 tonight for me :)

Ok let me start by saying that this type of sibling rivalry is very popular, more than we think as we always expect that our families will always support when in actually fact, they are the ones that are most likely against your success. That being said, you have no control of your sister, she will do as she please however…

I guess this is a matter of personal opinion, for me personally, i feel that this guy is a bit "thinish". This would be a great body...not too bulky, not too small! nice definition!

Went to the doc yesterday, I have bronchitis :noway: It's just so frustrating, every time I put my mind to it, something gets in the way, now have to wait a few more days to start AGAIN!!!

This!!!!! New york baked cheesecake! OMG!!!
-
i cant do it with sneakers on! My feet start burning and cramping and getting really sore :(
-
You can even try tinned beans as weights!
-
Hmmm, i would say portion control and then lots of physical activities to burn it off :) Goodluck!
-
L1D5 - still can't do the push ups and some of the cardio really to to me, but overall I thinking improving
-
Yeah! Otherwise you just don't have the energy to do proper exercise
-
Are you taking rest days?
-
Awesome! that hardest part is over for you :)
-
Level 1 - Day 4 Hmmmm, not that much easier, still can't do even girl push ups and the lunges with the raised arms in circuit 1 still kick my *kitten*! My arms are extremely week! I can't do any of the arm exercises without feeling like my arms are toothpicks that are ready to break! Positive side, ab exercises are…

RIgght... Day 3.. done and dusted! took a rest day yesterday and that really helped me. Burnt 266cal. i do think that its getting a bit easier(not a lot, very little) but better none the less. Find it hard to do the push ups, those raised lunges and butt kicks, on the positive side, jumping jacks are getting better :)
-
All the best, you know you can do!!!! i think we should actually change the group name, take out the date so it can be more of a continuous thing! what do you guy think?
-
I just try to do it as best possibly before i feel like my knees will give in! Physio advised me to do 2/3 days shred, 1 day rest, he says your body needs that recovery time. Think i should also use knee support tonight and see how it goes! if i do 10 days and feel like im still not ok, then i'll repeat level 1! im not…

I find the mornings better as well simply because you do it, and you get it over and done with whereas if you do it at night, its easier to come up with excuses or be too tired and you end up falling off the fitness train!
-
I have that since yesterday! my thighs are killing! but it should get better by day 6 :) Just dont give in!
-
I prefer the mornings, but thats just personal preference.
-
Went to Physio today for my knee, he suggests that i also do 2/3 days shred, 1 day rest, so im gonna do 3 days shred, 1 day rest.
-
I've taken as well, will def do pics for every level! Just scared if theres no diff :noway:
