How to keep motivated when exercising in WINTER!!!
Hi Guys So whilst most of you are busy looking forward to summer, we are already into winter!!! Now ordinarily i would wake up at 4am to exercise, however with the icy cold mornings i can barely get my butt out of bed! Any tips/suggestions?

Painful feet when exercising?
Hi Cysters Weird one, i have started with Zumba for Kinect. What i have noticed though is that once i start moving around, my feet get really sore with trainers on so i end up having to kick them off quarter way through my routine. Anyone else experience the same thing?
