I don't really like the mush of oatmeal either so I eat it raw - lots! I do 1/3c large flake oatmeal plus 15g (1tbsp) peanut butter and mix it up well. Then I add a small (or half) banana or apple. It's pretty yummy actually, I much prefer this texture!

I really like 1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal mixed with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, with either a cut-up (small) banana or cut-up (small) apple added to it. I started adding less water and cooking my oatmeal less and less because I wasn't loving the mushiness anymore, then one day I decided to try it raw. It's super yummy!

Yes. BUT machines and the mpf database tend to over estimate calories burned during exercise (in my opinion) so I shoot for eating about 2/3 back, or so.
