Spend the 1 hour working out instead of cleaning house.. (With baby or while baby sleeping) if hubby complains about house just remind him clean dishes or skinny wife.. Lol

I had a 3000 cal day and I spent the next week trying to eat low calories to make up for it. If someone didn't see my high calorie day they might think I always try to eat below and delete me. You don't always know why people do what they do. Try asking or commenting about their eating in a nice way. Just saying......

It happens. Try doing nice things and giving him more attention like rub his feet, flirt, foreplay a longer time before doing the deed and go slow. Sometimes when you give they start giving back. Best thing is to go away for a night or 2 without the kids. You would be amazed how much that helps.

Yumm. I wanna try the baked egg in an avocado. I slice mine into turkey sandwiches and sometimes smash with garlic salt with a little sour cream and dip tortilla chips in it. I am new to avocados so I love getting all these new recipes! Not too keen on raw without salt though..

I find walking outside even if only 20 minutes puts me in a happy mood. When I don't I don't have that feel good mood. So that is a motivation for me.
