Sometimes too much sodium can make you thirsty at night.0

I'm thirsty all the time. I never realized how much I was drinking til I started switching from soda to water. It doesn't matter how much I drink I just always feel thirsty.0

I am curious why the title of this post is the only thing not capitalized.
Also, regular water is fine.0 -

Are you taking any meds? they can cause dry mouth. If the humidity where you live is low that will cause it also. I use a tooth paste called "biotene DRY MOUTH". and why they capitilize the dry mouth part I dont know, if that matters. There are some bottled waters I canot drink as they dry my mouth. Dasani seems to be OK. But I filter my own tap water most of the time.0
