I'm just a tad under 5'8 and my goal is 170. I haven't been under 250 since I was 21. I've lost a ton of weight and I'm a size 12 at 190. I never thought I'd be under a size 16 again, so even at this weight, I'm thrilled. Still, I'd be ecstatic if I could get to 150, but that seems unrealistic to me.
