Just curious, how many oz of water do you drink a day?

I've heard you should drink half your body weight. Of course I've heard about the old standard, eight 8oz of water a day also.
I was browsing the Blogilates website and she says to drink 3 - 4 liters per day. I'm wondering if she does this specific to her 90 day challenge or all the time? People doing P90x, Insanity, Turbo Fire, TapouT, JMBR, JNL, etc., how much water do you drink a day when doing these workouts?

I drink two 1L bottles of water per day in addition to whatever else I drink (coffee, mostly.)
3-4 is an awful lot. You better have a bathroom readily available to you if you drink that much a day.0 -

4 liters = 135.256 oz
I'd be going to the bathroom every 10 mins.
Whew!
I try for 80 and sometimes 96 on a weekday.
My weekends are slack and I might do 48 or 64 on Sat and Sun.0 -

In the summertime up to 2 gallons of water a day. I have sweated out a gallon on some runs.0

About a gallon...roughly 128 ounces. My guess is that it'll be even more now that it's warming up.0

I usually drink a liter soon after waking up, drink some coffee for an hour or so, drink another liter at lunch time, sip through a liter till i'm done working, and drink half a liter working out, finish the day with another half liter. Give or take.0
