A really good program but make sure you can jump. If you have knees, ankles, hips or feet problems it may not be the workout for you.

Yes, you do not need the watch you can just have the bugg b/c that is what you plug into the computer. Having the watch allows you to track while the bugg is on your arm since you have to take it off to upload to the computer unless you use the wireless feature. Thanks for the replies but I found the reason I was not losing any weight....my calories burned each day are incorrect. I got a bodybugg and I use the food intake here to keep my deficiency at a better balance. I burn almost 3000 cals a day and only eating 1200 - 1500 cals is putting my body into starvation.

There is no way MFP is setting as a deficit.
