I noticed when my insurance changed my med from synthroid to levothyroxine, the fatigue set in. My first endocrinologist had passed away, and when I found my new one, she was not happy that I was taking levothyroxine. She told me it does not work as well as synthroid. I wish I could remember the exact details of why she…

I really like mine. I do still wear my Polar when I do CrossFit, but I wear the fitbit too. It keeps me wanting to move to reach the 10K everyday and I can see when I start to slump into inactivity. My only issue with it and it is intermittent, is that it doesn't always track my stairs correctly, but that has been the only…

I have hypothyroidism too. I've been on synthroid for about 3yrs now. When my endocrinologist diagnosed me and gave me the synthroid, she said, this will help some, but you HAVE to do the work. She said it was still going to be difficult or more difficult than it would be for a person that didn't have hypothyroidism, but…

I use to us a Polar chest strap monitor but it started really bugging me under my bra strap in the front. I found that I could wear it for about an hour maybe slightly longer but then it actually started chaffing me. The body bugg has been great and I really like it. My only complaint about it is that it isn't water proof…

My baby is 19months and though I lost all of her weight within 3wks of having her, I put it all back on. Very disappointing! I still had a lot to lose even with the baby weight gone. Please feel free to add me!

Please add me too! I too have an under active thyroid.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 3.5yrs ago. My endocrinologist was fabulous at getting my meds accurate very fast. I ended up getting pregnant with my 3rd child about 6months later and then my endocrinologist was diagnosed with leukemia and is now no longer practicing. Her referral doctor was not a good fit for…

Hi there! I am SAHM to 3 kiddos. (8,7 and 19months) I have quite a bit too lose. Please add me! I really need some motivation. I haven't been able to exercise much in the last 3wks due to a ankle injury. Before that I was walking everyday about 3-4miles. I need to get back to that when my ankle can handle it.

Baked wild alaskan salmon, veggie salad (bell peppers, red onion, green onion, mushrooms, radishes, tomato, cucumber and cashews). The salmon was fantastic!
