Just sent a friend request! I had a 10.1 lb little girl last March... I totally get it! I lost an initial 30 lbs really quick but totally stalled after that. I'm just finally getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight but still have another 15 to lose to be back at my "happy weight". Let's do this!

I use the little or no exercise option since I work a desk job. Someone had suggested that I exclude my exercise from the option... so, if I don't count my runs and lifting, I'm spending most of my time at work and at my desk. Hope that helps!

Hey girlie! I'm 5'2 as well. I've lost 12 lbs since I really started putting in the effort (just joined MFP at the end of May, though). Have you taken your measurements?! I would bet that if you've been sticking to the TDEE-20 and faithfully doing the workouts that you mentioned, you've lost inches. Sometimes the scale is our worst enemy... it's not indicative of muscle gain!
