I don't know about Turbo Fire, but the first time I tried Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - I didn't last long at all... Take it slow and take mini breaks, but at the same time push yourself to go farther each time :smile:

I eat a protein bar every morning since I don't eat much meat... Love the Clib Builder's Chocolate Mint bars..

I have a major sweet tooth, so I compare the calories in the Chocolate/doughnut/cake/etc to how many minutes/hours of exercise I need to burn it off.... That makes me not even give it a second thought (most days).... There are days I give in and I just start over the next day... Just don't let it get you down if you slip…

Yes, it definitely influences my choice. When we visited NYC, I loved that most places (chains) had the calorie info on their menu.. It would be great if that was the norm!!

I have the same problem - it just seems like the night is not complete until I have an after dinner snack ;) I am trying to make my snacks smaller and smaller until I can hopefully cut them out completely. Try drinking a lot of water too - the only down side is you will be up and down going to the bathroom all night…

You can still eat out and have fun, just pick healthier options! Go for grilled instead of fried, veggies instead of fries, or salads (just watch what they put on them).... Small portions and lots lots lots of water!! Good luck and have fun!!!
