My sit bones always grind into the rug when I do the the crunches you listed. I started using a pillow and it's worked wonders!! Much more comfy!

I mix it in with my oatmeal. I cook my oatmeal like normal, put it in the bowl, plop the coconut oil on top and stir until it melts. Then I add a little bit of vanilla soy milk and what ever fruit I have on hand. MMMMMM

How did it go today? I am on day 2 and did the Plyo, I find the dude very annoying and takes to many talk pauses with his group between the workouts, not during break time, but just in between the little workouts. But hey, if he can get my body looking good I'll live with it.

Does this model have accurate readings when you are doing programs like P90x? Or is there another Polar that works better for those type of workouts? I was looking into the Polar FT40.

Not everyone who wears a size 0 is bony or has no meat on them, I'm 5'0 and have pleny of meat and curves to boot ;-) Just wanted to point that out.

I've been doing One-on-One Training with Jackie (Warner) It's 3 parts you can do 1,2 or all 3. It focuses arms (seg. 1), bottom (seg. 2) and abs (seg.3) and throws some small bursts of cardio in for good measure. I've found this to be a little more helpful than the 30 day Shred.....although I do use that as well.

I have two Nike+'s. One that is calibrated to my treadmill on my Iphone, and the other is on my Nano and calibrated for the road running.

I know exactly how you feel!! I just tell people that I'm doing "preventive maintenance". I'm preventing my body from doing bad things if I don't start taking care of it!! If that is you in the picture, you look healthy and strong!!

I'm 5' and very small boned, so I am between a size 0-3 depending on jean cut ect. To me, it's not about fitting into a size 0, it's about finding a pair of jeans that will look good on me. It is possible for women to wear a size 0 and look and be healthy. I have curves, really I do.......but I'm just tiny.

Don't give up!! I have PCOS and it takes a little more time for us to lose the weight. I eat very healthy, work out 5-6 days a week cardio and a little strenght, and it took me 6 weeks to lose 3 pounds.
