I am now jogging/ walking outside. Not running yet trying to build myself up to it. I think it's more difficult outdoor then it was on treadmill. I don't eat much most is 1100-1200 calories I just sometimes don't have the time being busy. I try my best to eat healthy I cut out all junk food etc. I need to drink more water.…

Most of my weight is in my legs and just pregnancy weight. I was 112 before I got pregnant in april, I was at one point 109 then went to 112 I was very under weight

Do u think I could lose 15 pounds with just weight lifting and some cardio. Like I said I don't got time to do 40-50 mins on treadmill, I could sometimes alternate, but I get about 11k steps just from being a busy mom.

Recently stopped nursing due to pain and issues , didn't want to but it is what it is. I didn't cut down on cardio till about two months ago, and still lost weight at the same rate

No I never ate the calories back. Honestly I was scared of lifting too but I think that helped me

I want it for at home use, my husbands will be working more hours, so that means more at home workouts, I would like to know my heart rate, calories burn and steps, especially when I'm not at the gym , or when I am at the gym also for knowing my heart rate. So misfit doesn't show you heart rate until you sync it?
