According to my HRM, I burned about 200 calories...is it not ok to go by that? And I don't plan to do it EVERY day...I've been in this weight loss game for a while now and my brother is a personal trainer, so I know the rules. But it's good for days that I know I won't be able to workout at any other point in the day.

I used my Polar HRM. I never estimate the calories I burn, that's setting up for failure haha

OMG when people don't recognize me, I LOVE it! I kinda expect for them not to. I LOVE their reaction when I'm like "It's Ashley..." and they freak out. :-) It doesn't mean you are unimportant, it means you've changed so much and it should feel good! :-)

Thank you!! that explains exactly what happened. I KNOW I didn't change my activity level settings - it just automatically upped my calories without me even going into my settings. I went into my settings only to make sure everything was set correctly.

I started incorporating CLA and Green Coffee Bean into my daily diet and exercise. I actually lost 3 pounds the first week I started seriously taking them. Thank you!! I do...I feel way better waking up each morning knowing I've done something really good for myself and that I continue to. And it doesn't hurt that I like getting dressed and fixing myself up now :-)

Thanks :-) I do mainly cardio about 5 days a week and try to do some strength training 2 times a week, at least. I'm not as good with strength so I'm getting a couple of sessions with a trainer to show me what I need to do to accomplish the rest of my goals!

This is the one I get ALL the time. Even strangers will tell me I look like Sandra. One time at Subway the lady making my sandwiched just stopped and was like "I know this is weird but you look JUST like Sandra Bullock!" I was like "...thank you." haha
