Love this Thread. Its hard not to get discouraged when you jump on the scale and notice no wt loss. So I've decided to keep off the scale for now because the way I'm feeling just doesn't correlate. Today on the 10 th day of the challange I completed 30 min of JM revolution phase #1 disc 4. It was so hard to get up and workout today but i did it and felf better after. funny how that works:wink:

Sounds like everyone is on a Roll. Just finished day # 3 doing JM revolution phase #1 disc 3. I already know I'll be feeling it tomorrow. Great job everyone lets keep it going!!:drinker:

It was the hardest thing yesterday to get up before work and do a workout but day #1 is down, did a 1/2 of JM Revolution phase 1 workout #2 . Felt much better after.

I would love to be apart of the 30 day JM challenge. i'm on the end of the second week of JM revolution. doing this combined w/ MFP it almost seems impossible to go wrong. can you please send me the link? this should be fun :flowerforyou:

I have the hip hop abds. I actually had fun with it and my kids joined in. I stopped doing it due to a family emergency. I never got back into it. no wt lifting involved either, which I missed. All of use woman should be implementing some strength building w/ wts. need to keep our bones strong

if your working out daily you need more calories to burn fat. If your working out and only eating 1200 cal/day your body is going to go into starvation mode and hang onto more fat. You shouldn't feel hungry all the time and stay away from empty calories.

I was able to buy some of the work out videos at bookmans. I have Insanity, I really felt accompished with the first two months but truly I didn't lose any wt. I did have body changes. I lost 2 sizes. I much perfer using strength building w/ cardio
