Absolutely!! It takes a lot of determination but we got that! This is the first start. I've decided not to weigh myself right now. Its too discouraging. I rather take it day by day and look at the results of my hard work later.

Yes I am new to this as well. It definitely helps. It shows me how quickly I can use up calories. Just stick in there. You will reach your weight loss goals before you know it!
