another problem i have, which definately doesnt help...everytime i get on the treadmill my shoes start rubbing the back of my ankles and i get blisters. so after 10 minutes i get off the treadmill which i blame on the shoes.

im just not sure how to get there. everytime i outgrow a pair of jeans i buy a bigger size. my husband tells me i look fine so i dont really try to lose weight. and when i ask myself if i really want those fries...i do so i eat the whole large fries. i wake up in the morning and tell myself i can either get up and work out…

ive heard that you are suppose to eat breakfast within an hour after you wake up. so if you exercise for an hour and then get ready or whatever, is it bad that you dont eat within that hour?

ok so if i keep up with working out everyday, when will i start to see the scale go down instead of going up??

thats the same way i feel. so if im suppose to eat 1200 and then i exercise for an hour and burn 600 calories. am i really suppose to eat 1800 calories a day??? that seems like a lot of calories when you're trying to lose weight.

seems like you girls are doing so good. good for you!!! i actually have been gaining. I started doing an hour on the treadmill everyday, but got so discouraged when the scale said i gained so i gave up. now im up to 150 and more depressed than ever so im trying to get back on track. i need help!

i've been with my husband for five years but we've only been married 5 months. i know he loves me alot but i've gained 10 lbs in the last year and i feel so unattractive. i always see him looking at skinny girls and he always says he likes me the way i am but i think hes more attracted to skin and bone girls.

someone told me it sounds like thats what i have. i have been really really tired for the past month and i've been getting alot of headaches. then somedays my whole body feels sore. i've been so tired that i cant even workout anymore. any advice??

i started my eliptical doing 10 minutes and adding 5 everyday. i was doing so good then i got sick and started over and now i cant get past 15 without feeling really tired.

im so discouraged! im the same way. i finally started working out and started eating less and i either stayed the same or gained weight. i got so discouraged that i gave up for awhile. but now im starting over. i really wanna lose 10-15 lbs by may. its gonna take alot of work.
