I've been using the FT7 for a couple weeks now and I really like it. I only wear it during excercise and I find it to be pretty accurate. it's so much fun to work out with a HRM! It really motivates me and keeps me going for way longer than I thought I'd be able to :)

I couldn't do without my food scale anymore ever since I've got one. I try not to be too obsessed about it but especially the first few days using it I found out that I was underestimating a lot of foods before. The scale really helped me to get better in estimating portion sizes and stuff. So I'd say go ahead and try it.…

Personally I die for rocket! Best tasting green salad EVER. I always use it as my base. Then I just go ahead and add all kind of veggies (tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber etc), some fruit (pear or blueberries taste really good in a salad!), feta cheese, some pine nuts.
