Looks like we were in the same boat. I'm 5' 7" and started at 175 lbs. The first 5 weeks I was eating healthier, exercising 6 days a week and the scale didn't budge but I noticed that I was losing inches. I was bummed about the scale, but realized that as long as the inches were going down then I was on the right track.…

Stir Fry. Very quick and easy to make. Chop, dice, julienne your veg, throw in a protein, some spices, a little sauce of your choice (soy or otherwise). Serve with rice.

I never used to eat back my calories either and the scale didn't budge. Now I eat back some and sometimes all of the calories from exercise and it's slowly coming off. If you're already eating at a deficit then you should try to be eating back your calories to fuel your body. :)

I'm 5' 7.5", SW 175 lbs, CW 171 lbs, GW 145 lbs. I'm an apple shape I guess. Tummy really needs to go! I started April 9, 2013 and the weight loss has been really slow going for me. I am losing inches and muscles are more toned than before I began and trying not to focus on the scale but how I feel... which is awesome!…
