Question about run time?
Hello all! I just completed week 7 and ran 3.8 km in the 25 minute interval. Assuming I did the math correctly, that puts me on track to complete 5 km in about 33 minutes. Up until 7 weeks ago I'd never run before and was wondering if this is a decent run time?

Smaller Deficit?
I'm 9 lbs away from my goal and was wondering if it would be a good time to adjust to lose .5 lbs a week? I'm currently set to lose .7 lbs a week since the end of March and have lost 4 lbs. Should I continue at .7 a week or would it be better to go to .5? I've read in the forums about muscle loss if you try to lose at too…
