Honestly, if you had a great run, one slip up should not get you so down. I think the best way to "make up" for this would be to work out extra hard tomorrow and just forgive yourself- then keep your mistake in mind so you don't make it too often.

Vanity. I really really want to feel confident when I go out. I want to stop feeling limited, and I want to be super strong. I want to spend my twenties the way I should have spent my teens.
