Need some encouragement guys

Hey everyone- I haven't posted in awhile so I apologize for coming out of the blue with this. I made such a stupid mistake today I feel so dumb!
I had a great run today. Then came home and my bro had made hamburgers. I was like "yay! Someone made protein and I don't have to cool!" But I was so hungry I ate two. I added them to my log and now I've eaten so much FAT.
Any tips on how to make up for this? I feel soooooooo dumb.

Honestly, if you had a great run, one slip up should not get you so down. I think the best way to "make up" for this would be to work out extra hard tomorrow and just forgive yourself- then keep your mistake in mind so you don't make it too often.0

Don't stress! you logged it and thats the most important thing! there is always going to be days like today when you indulge. tommorow is a new day so log it and the next time you have burgers just eat a big salad first so you won't be tempted by a second burger0

Are you still close to your calorie goal for the day? Then don't sweat it. Dietary fat doesn't make you fat; a caloric surplus does.0

I agree with everyone else. That one slip up is not really going to hurt you, you just wouldnt want to do it every day! Just let yourself off of the hook and keep moving forward sister..... be kind to yourself.0

Thanks guys! I'm just dumbfounded I did that. I have IBS too so hamburger is like the worst! Gonna stock up on some frozen chicken breasts tomorrow!
Also I have 370 calories left. It was not that good of an eating day.
Really thanks guys! I am gonna eat so clean tomorrow.
