I follow Anita a LOT!! Just finished L1 D6 this morning, and unless something drastic happens over these next four days, I'm definitely going to do the 69 day shred also!! I didn't do it Sat or Sun, was visiting the hubby who's out of town working. I don't think it set me back any, I just won't be able to do as many days…

All I know is that since I've been drinking lots of water over the past two weeks, I FEEL a lot better. I sleep better, am more regular, and my skin feels better (both to the touch, and not as "tight feeling" from dryness)...

I'd like to meet those people too!! "If I feel it's too difficult for me to move on to Level 2, I think I'll go back to Level 1. " makes total sense, maybe I'll do the same!!

Congrats on the 20 lb mark!! Sounds like you and I are at about the same on the push ups... I was surprised at how good I felt this morning too, maybe 5 more days will get me ready for level 2?? (but I doubt it!!) Gotta take tomorrow off, going to visit the hubby who's working out of town, staying in the camper, no room…

WAY to go on the pushups!! One reason I'm trying to get back in shape is because a couple of weeks ago I tried and could not do ONE real pushup...I don't know how long I've not been able to do one since I hadn't tried in quite a while!! My calves did the exact same thing...I had to keep stretching them out for a couple of days just to be able to walk, sort of in a lunge position, stretching the calf of the leg behind me. Just finished day 4 level 1, and while I STILL can't make it through all the jumping jacks and jump rope (circuit one of aerobics), I must say I'm feeling stronger and am less shakey afterwards!! Thank you all for your comments and motivation!!:wink:

I had to REALLY make myself do day three this morning...I even told myself that if I get through today, I would "reward" myself with a "rest day" tomorrow...I pushed through it...weird thing is I'm actually LESS sore today than I was yesterday at this time...thinking of taking the "reward" back and pushing through day 4…
