Caring too much what people think and not allowing myself to be myself. Not following through with school when I still lived with my parents, now I'm struggling to complete school while working full time.

Quit talking about pizza! You're making me want some!
-
Hahahaha. I feel like the people who make this must be laughing to themselves about it.

Unfortunately, what Mokey41 said is true. However, if you want to make things look better in the belly area work out your core. It doesn't target the fat loss but stronger muscles will make everything look tighter/leaner. HTH.

Still catching up, lovelies. Just got back from a wedding out of town. Looks like we've lost some peeps :( I'll have everything updated after class today.
-
154.6. Really wishing this would come off faster!
-
I'm at 155.4 for this morning because I forgot to weigh in yesterday. My weights were also very schitzophrenic this week and jumped all around. Hopefully a better trend this next week :) You're all updated in the spreadsheet. Let me know if I missed anything. I've had a few hiccups along the way.
-
You're doing it perfectly! Just remember to keep coming back every Monday!
-
Haha, I like that!
-
Really not happy to report this, and considered fibbing a little (like that changes the reality of it, lol), but my starting weight this morning is 156.4. I've gained pretty much everything I lost at the beginning of this year. I'd love to get to 145 by the end of this challenge, but I know it's going to be a lot of hard…

152.2 :O Definitely not where I wanted to be at this point, but happy it's not worse after being sick for almost a month and not taking care of myself (eating properly and exercising.) Oh well, we fall down and we get back up again :)
-
I forgot to weigh myself this morning, so I'll post tomorrow... but I just wanted to apologize to everyone for being so absent with the group lately. I've had a lot of personal stuff going on that I won't get into. I hope everyone is doing well!

150.6 It's been a tough week. Fourth of July was a huge killer. Going to a wedding this weekend, determined to be good!
-
150 :( Spent the whole weekend partying out of town, so I guess it's not TOO bad. Definitely going to be another tough week with the Fourth of July though...
-
Forgot to weigh in this morning, so I'll use my last recorded weight 00 148.6
-
149.6 At least it's down from my big jump last week. I've got shark week coming up too.
-
Okay, I've added everyone so far to the spreadsheet. Check it out!
-
151.4 Not happy that it went up, but I do think it's honestly just a couple rough days and my body is not liking me right now. Hopefully....
-
Valerie- please post your weight in the "Starting Weight" category. At the end of every week there will be a new post at the top of the forum for you to post your weight on.
-
Yay! Glad to see some familiar faces too! Welcome everybody!
-
It's really up to you! I'm not going to moderate how much you exercise, so it's up to you to set your own goals and achieve them. The challenges are more a of a "Hey, try this." rather than a rule. Good luck!
-
Nice to see lots of new faces! I'm adding you all to the spreadsheet as you post, so don't fret if you don't see your name up there just yet... I'm adding and formatting as I go.
-
You don't need to log your daily exercise for me. Just keep track of your progress on the weekly challenge over the week, then report to the group on your progress for the next weigh in. The challenges are meant to be for fun and motivation, not a requirement for being part of the group.
-
The challenge is to do 10 miles for the entire week, so about 1.5 miles per day. Just do what you can, it's more for fun and motivation than anything else.
-
I'm at 150. Grrr. Somehow gained over the weekend despite "feeling skinnier". Oh well, it'll come off!
-
I'm going to do my best to bring you challenges every week. I have the lovely sherrirb helping me in this aspect, because I've never run a group with challenges. Hopefully I'll be able to focus on this group even more because the last group I ran I had work and school and only one day off a week. Stay tuned for more!
-
Ok, I set up the group for the new group. It's 12 weeks, starting tomorrow (I figured Monday was a good day to weigh in to keep us motivated over the weekend) and here's the breakdown of the weeks: Week 1 - 6/4-10 Week 2 - 6/11-17 Week 3 - 6/18-24 Week 4 - 6/25-7/1 Week 5 - 7/2-8 Week 6 - 7/9-15 Week 7 - 7/16-22 Week 8 -…
-
So how do teams work exactly? What happens if one or more of the teammates go MIA?
-
Yes, it should read week 12, haha
