I got myself the same HRM - Polar FT4 and used it for the first time today, while doing cardio 3. I burnt 339kcal. That's a bit more than I thought I normally burn, so happy bunny:)

I love cardio 2 and I'm really pleased how my condition improved with it. In first week I had to rest between each circuit of cardio 2. Now, at the end of phase 2, I do it without resting and feel great, even burpees:)

Not dumb at all. I live in UK and they do here knee bands (along with ankle, wrist or elbow bands). It's like a thick elasticated band, and goes with sizes. I guess it's like something you use under mentioned braces. Check this one out :…

I'm so sorry about your knees. It's frustrating, isn't it? You can get a knee band and use heath gel. It will keep your muscles and joints warmer in that area, so less prone to overstraining. Good luck.

I'm doing week 7 & 8 now and lost so far about 20 lbs. Since beginning of BR I eat about 1750-1800kcal and always eat back burnt calories. It's maybe worth checking with a specialist, I read many times about micro damages to knees people had after straining it too much... fingers crossed it will go away:flowerforyou:

My knees felt painful for about first 3 weeks of body revolution, but I kept pushing it through and it went away:) Make sure you keep your form right with all the lounges etc.and maybe some heath cream would help.

I always put folded blanket under weights, it definitely helps amortize the movement:)
