Actually, McDonald's has no responsibility in what and/or how much people choose to eat. I don't know of any cases of McDonald's holding people hostage and force feeding them mass quantities of their food. Or did I miss that news story?

I suppose it could be true, in the sense that if you are hungry within 30 minutes of waking up, that's when you should eat. As far as an impact on your weight loss... nope. It doesn't matter.

Way to go!

More of this

Great job! That dress looks great on you!

Yeah, a 12 pound jump would be alarming, but the good thing is you know you haven't actually gained 12 pounds. Like others have said drink up, (water that is) and give it a few days.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!

IN. Also, I didn't realize there were days for this. Its called everyday in my world.

An exercise in patience and the above.

Not sure if serious

I thought about this seriously, and after much consideration, this is what I came up with. Eating some cookie dough = yummy goodness in my mouth. #win Eating a tube of cookie dough = wtf was I thinking? In your scenario, I think the 'diary logging/caring that people might see and/or say' aspect saved you from making the…

Sounds like a week wasn't enough time to recover from your injury.

She actually explains this very well on the DVD. She recommends 5-6 days per week. Doing each level for 1 week. There are 4 levels. 1 week at each level = 30 days(roughly)

Chiming in to say, this will be tried this weekend. Trust me. I love hummus. I love pesto. NO idea how it never occurred to me to combine them.

Not sure why my question invoked an invitation to reread. I understood you the first time, hence the question of whether there was a medical reason for you to eat the way the Dr recommended. But, I digress. Now, that you've given some insight as to why you'd like to the lose the extra pounds, might I suggest that perhaps…

Much of what you said here is subjective. I think more needs to be considered that just scale weight, and of course, this will vary from person to person. But as a fellow, 5'9" woman, I must say, on me, 135-140 isn't 'skinny' in a bad way kind of skinny. I hovered in the upper 120s until my mid twenties, and while I had no…

I agree that 20 lbs in 30 months isn't crazy fast, but to be fair, I can see how one would glean that she wanted to do it fast, seeing as her screen name is "Loseweightfast339".

You completely captured my point. Thank you. Also, nah, I don't think it works. Lol!
-
I think you can copy it, and then do a "move to" and plug it in for lunch.

In. Curious as to why you asked the quoted portion. What am I missing?
-
Why are you adhering to such strict eating requirements? The above stats are within normal range. Is there some reason, medically, that you need to lose 15 lbs? Or for you to restrict carbs and avoid meat?

I think people are just being kind, and... that they just don't know what calorie counting really means for you. I must say though, I don't get the correlation between watching calories and being beautiful.

Great job!!! You look fantastic!
