I've only started to like Peanut Butter within the last year. Strange? Maybe. But I REALLY like it now! I guess its true what they say about taste buds changing. Now, my cupboard is NEVER without a jar. Nom nom nom!

I'm stunningly optimistic... also, emphatically sarcastic. They each make me proud.
-
AWESOME!

NOPE. You shouldn't wait.

Saw this story yesterday on FB. Liked it. Saw the backlash. Was reminded that sometimes people are just plain HATERS! A day later... Still like it, and pray that if/when I am 8 months pregnant I have the motivation to still be as active as I am now. Kudos to this lady! She kicks major *kitten*!

I think about all the hands that may have touched them, and question how "clean" they were. :noway:

Wait... You've done Month 1 for 5 months? I think you're ready to move on. You are asked to go at YOUR max in month 2, just as you are in month 1. Yes its more difficult, but that's the point. I don't understand the anxiety with continuing a program you're already working.

I wouldn't put much stock in this number as I don't think HRMs are to be used that way. Your Heart Rate Monitor is used to well.. monitor your heart rate: give you an idea of how hard you're working when doing cardiovascular activities, namely steady-state cardio.

It takes time to stop craving those things. For the time being, don't have that stuff readily available. As in don't buy it, and keep it in the house. Can't eat it if you don't have it.

When are you planning to start Insanity? Ya never know... You may be able to get a Pal or two to take the challenge with you. Sometimes, all you have to do is ask.
-
Wooooooohooooooo!!!! Doesn't it feel great?!?! BTW, I love the quick roll over... Goal 1: Met Goal 2: Set! Sounds just like me. My non-scale goal is to reach 20% body fat. And perhaps I'm just dreaming here, but I'd like to do so AND maintain what little curves I have :blushing:
-
Wow! I grew angry reading your story. I can't believe the nerve of some people. You've gotten some great advice here. You definitely don't have to sit back and take this sort of treatment in the workplace. My two cents... Remember that your goals were made by you, for you, and YOU are doing what it takes to make them…

Insanity is considerably tougher than Ripped in 30, but don't let that scare you. Pushing yourself is kinda the point. No? It is quite a challenge, and it is for "us weaklings". Its for any of us who are badass enough to give it a try. I think you are badass. Who cares if you can't do it every single day? Guess what...…
-
I can't take it anymore... I actually laughed out loud at this. I've never been any good at the whole silent treatment thing :grumble:
-
Great job!
-
Wow. Just... Wow.

"Are you a sprinter?" I stinkin' love being asked this question!!! Seriously. LOVE IT! LOL!
