Low calorie oil? Is that what you're looking for? Seriously, save yourself some time and effort and keep the olive oil in your plan. Work on finding others ways to cut back on calories.

Scarlett Johansen in... anything she's ever been in? I meant everything.

I know I wouldn't be able to abide by this, but I wish your Godspeed! You can do it!

Maybe not flexing per se... But the choreography typically requires you to "use" them. Your core should be engaged throughout the workout. My core, calves, and quads are typically what I feel most following a good Zumba workout. And also, if it helps, I am no where near coordinated. Don't care. Its a fun workout and I'm…

Very similar... Up about 6 lbs since November and at the time was about 4 from goal. Shooting for 10. End of April seems like a decent goal, so I'll join as well. No reunion this year but I'm Maid of Honor this Summer so there's that. And also, Summer... & I like goals :)

hmmm. I'm 5'9" barefoot, but with heels on I make the cut... Does this suffice?

All of this! The change is obvious and looks great on you. Great job.

The good news is that you are not sedentary. In addition to your exercise, it sounds like you have responsibilities that you tend to throughout the day. The bad news is that wearing ankle weights while you do them won't make you more active. But, I think you were looking for something like... Sweep instead of vacuum. Clean…

Nope. Not too much. If it feels like too much for you, scale back.

OP. I can't answer the question for you, but I may have a few for you to consider as you try and sort it out. 1. What are your goals? 2. Is your current method successful at helping you reach/meet that goal?
-
Don't let such things affect your motivation. What you've done here is essentially compared apples to oranges. Stick with comparing apples to apples. Weigh yourself on a single scale if weighing in is your chosen way to mark progress.

You're in week one, so how about reassess once you reach day 45?
-
^^ so much this I get the sentiment of the post but the word choice is a poor one.
-
Congratulations on your progress!

You do? We should get together for lunch sometime :)

Umm. It doesn't matter which scale you use. Weight loss will reflect on any scale. If you lose 10 lbs, each scale will show 10 lbs less than the previous weight. If you weigh 120lbs on your scale at home, and you weigh 130lbs on the scale at your doctor's office and you lose 10 lbs, you should weigh 110lbs on your scale at…

That's great progress!
