I was on a thread earlier this month where some brilliant person suggested a MFP clothing swap..

Also guilty of these things. Always competing with someone. LOL! I'm so stinkin' competitive, and NOPE... it doesn't matter that those people don't know we're competing.

Yaaay! Great job!

This is a great idea... Where do I sign up?

Hope this works.

Wonderful transformation!

I think this is not a good plan. You don't need to spend 3 hrs per day doing any type of exercise to "get down to a certain weight". That is achieved by having a calorie deficit. Not sure what your goals are, but I think you should look into programs geared toward beginners.

I love that my body does all the things I ask of it... and that it consistently reminds me that I can, in fact, do things my mind at times, wants me to believe it can't.

Me too! Congratulations man! Your transformation is inspiring. :)

Trust the process. It works. Its not a quick fix, but following the guidelines will get you there. If you are following MFP's formula, and you have been given a daily goal of 2400 calories, your aim should be eat that, not below it, every day. If you are truly struggling to meet your daily goal, try to eat more calorie…

I'd say give it more time... A week just isn't enough time. But I have a couple of questions. From where did you get the 1700 calorie goal? Why are you coming in well under it? How much under it are you speaking? And just a reminder, you have seen movement in the direction you seek. You started at 247 just a short while…

I agree with this. Its a struggle some days, but I'm learning to let people have their say. I understand that whatever degree of success a person is having on their journey is noteworthy, so I try to smile, and say encouraging things like... "I'm happy that's working for you. ) Meanwhile of course, I'm thinking to…

Way to go!!! (starts slow clap... all of MFP joins in)

I suppose you have to consider what one is looking for it to do. I love a good challenge, but what it does for me is offer me something to work toward. These "challenges" are generally incorporated into my existing routine. So for me, they do work, in that they give me one more thing to work on and in some cases something…

Seems my body likes the 144-146lb range. Those numbers are definitely healthy for me.

You win the Friday award! Sorry Whierd, but this kicks *kitten*!

What better way to get over the morning blues than by getting your exercise in? I'm willing to bet you'll be much happier by 9 am if you know you've already gotten your exercise in for the day.

Hey, just wanted to make sure you knew Forever21 carries a wide variety of sizes. You may not need to "wait" to shop there.
