I like Yoga, the Prevention Magazine videos and the 10 Minute Solutions videos. I also sometimes get videos from my library to change things up a bit.

I was quite suprised at the small amout of calories that "Yoga" burns. After 10 minutes I was breathing hard and sweating and it says I burn a whole 40 calories.

One suggestion for you- are there any exercises that you can do with your kids? I would think that dancing around the livingroom would drain your energy and your kids energy, and would be a good work out. Whatever you can do with your kids that is both fun and physical would be really helpful, I think. Ha! I just finished…
