I switched from liquid to powder and that helped me some. I still LOVE my creamer, though.

Great ideas! Thanks!

Huh. I have had more cramping lately. I never thought there could be an exercise/IUD connection. Could it be the type of IUD. Mine is Paraguard, not Merina.

Prayers sent for Baby Owen!

My walking video tells me how far I have walked. Say I walked 1.5 miles in 20 minutes. If I had gone 60 minutes, I would have walked 4.5 miles, so I log it in as walking, 4.5 mph for 20 min. BTW, I love my walking video (Prevention Fitness).

Yum! Thanks!

Awesome!!!

Ha! ALL my shirts fit like that! If it is really a favorite, you can take it in a little, skinny-mini. ;p Yay you!

That's hilarious! I threatened to take my pants clean off today because I just can't get them to stay up!

I agree. Mine are always worse when I have too much caffiene. I have noticed too much sugar does the same thing. I also do much better when I get plenty of sleep and don't get too far off of my schedule. (i.e. getting up and going to bed around the same time)

If you get it, you'll have to let me know what you think. I have looked at it several times, but I'm just not sure.

Oh good! When you calculate those totals, I will apply them to the "You know, you wouldn't get diaper rash like this if you would use the potty" argument that I have daily with my 2 1/2 yr old. Thanks for your willing contribution!

Thanks! I was so confused. It's good to know that being in the red on those isn't bad.

I can't wait to try these! Thanks for this post!

How Exciting!!! I can't wait for that day! Good for you!

Thanks for posting this question! My husband eats McDs breakfast burritos every morning. I worry.

I think about all the cute clothes that I have to pass up because I can't fit into them. That helps.

I crochet, or scrapbook, or get on the computer. I do anything I can to keep my fingers busy so they are not putting food in my mouth! I also try to keep the fluids going so I don't feel like I'm being deprived.

I haven't had an M&M McFlurry since I started on MFP. I also went from having several medium McD's Mocha Frappes a week to a few drinks of my husbands on a sunday morning. I gave up my pepsis and root beers for diet pepsis and root beers, but from reading these posts, I may have to give those up, too.

Welcome! Hooray for you for deciding to get healthier! I think you'll find MFP to be a wonderful tool and the people to be helpful and inspiring!

I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and an 8 (well 9 on Monday) month old son. They really need a Mommy who can play with them.

A couple of weeks ago, a friend made Chicken Philly's. Just grill chicken breasts, shred them. Add grilled onion and pepper and melt monterrey jack over them. Serve on a bun if you want the carbs, eat with a fork if you don't. Last week I made Italian Beef Burritos. My husband loves them. Cook and drain ground beef. Add…

Hooray for you!!! Great Job!!

WTG Jen! I'm not there yet. I still overeat when I go out, but I'll get there. {{high pitched singing}} You are the inspiration. You are the wind beneath my wings.:flowerforyou:

I like that alot. Thank you for sharing!

Sounds like a blast! Have fun!!

I'm told that the less weight you have to lose (read: 20 vs. 70) the more you have to eat because your body goes into starvation mode sooner. Try adding some calories and see if that helps.

Hey, without some treats, we wouldn't make it. Enjoy your peanut butter cup and do a couple of extra sit ups tonight. It won't get you off track. Besides, if it bothers you too much, remember, tomorrow is a new day!

I am 70 lbs overweight and I really enjoy doing Prevention Fitness Systems Walk Yourself Fit with Chris Freytag. She also has a Drop it in 30 DVD that I enjoy, but I'm using the walking video to work back up to that one.

I'm with some of the others. I adore my children, but it would be nice to have some time to myself to do whatever I want to do and then a dinner with my husband without constant "MommY!" "Daddy" "I don't want to eat that." "Great, now the baby's fussing."
