First let me say congratulations on your weight loss and to your fiancé for making the commitment to lose weight. Think about how your fiancé supported you during your journey? What did he do to make you feel good about your accomplishments? Why not try doing those things for him? Even working out with him...that'll give…

There are many variations for the push up. I just wrote on this earlier...I did 33 "girl' pushups...do they exist? NOT REALLY..what does exist is an alternate push up for those who aren't strong enough YET to do a traditional push up.

Thank you...I'm trying to change my mind frame...because while I am super mad at those pics, it has helped really motivate me more. Sometimes we just never know how bad things are until it's really in your face and they've recorded it for life with a photo. You are right..in time I can look back and be reminded of how far…

I love Sierra Nevada...not as heavy as Guiness for sure but in order to drink that I have to consume less calories or burn more calories somewhere. So you have to find that balance. If you want to drink up then workout more :) Hey dancing is a great calorie burner...just sayin'.

First off...WELCOME BACK! Secondly...don't beat yourself up. We all have slips, misses and downright falling off the wagons but I'm glad you didn't let the stop you from coming back, posting and getting some motivation to help you get going. For some this journey is tough, I'm not going to lie, but if it were easy we all…

Aloha Fred! Good luck on your journey. I'm sure you'll find plenty to do up in PDX. Lived up there a number of years myself. There are some great places up in Oregon where you can shop and find organic restuarants, grocery stores, farms, farmers markets and more! I look forward to hearing how your journey is going.

NO...no matter what it may cause family drama. With so many other women in this world it's better to err on the side of caution then to dive into her world like that....especially since you have a nephew who could be confused about it all. There are other fish in the sea.

I'm predominately Hawaiian but I'm also mixed with Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese and a wee bit of Irish mixed in for good measure! :)

Absolutely inspiring! Thank you for sharing your journey!

I love that you keep your priorities in check. We can't please everyone but the one person we need to look out for first and foremost is ourselves. If we don't do that it's hard to be able to focus on our family and friends. Keep things real with family and friends. Let them know what your goals are and if they truly are…

Feel free to add me ...I can always use extra motivation and support! Cheers! ~Kapua
