in about a 45 minute class i burn about 450 calories (every minute about 10 calories) also almost equivalent to circut training in the exercise diary defaults

I have been thinking i was maintaining from aug-onwards because it is a stressful and busy time for me....hoever the last month or so, i have just thrown things out the window. Maintain through christmas then back to it, but in order to maintain i need to workout again!

These are both pretty much the same workout. 30 day shred is slightly shorter workouts and I thought a little easier. Ripped in 30 is about 5-7 minute longer workouts and level one of this work out was harder than level 1 of the shred. Overall I got great results with both. Thanks everyone! these results were from february and march! I completed round 2 also and made it to week 3 of ripped in 30 before i took my workouts outside (the weather was finally nicer)

It is possible to get pregnant that first month off bcp, i did! But you are right ovulation could have been later than normal so it may be earlier for your period to start or for a test to show positive. It is up to you....if not challenged enough with level 1, move to 2, if it takes you longer than 10 days to master level1 do it.....when i did my two rounds i did level 1 for 15 days, level 2 for 30 days and level 3 for 15 days (total 60 days), I did find level 2 the hardest of all 3 levels

^^ This. I did my own version by running and stopping occasionaly to now i can run almost and hour straight (probably longer) Just remember by trying you are doing better than most people!
