Yep. When you figure out how to deal with it, let me in on your secret. In all seriousness though, I really just try to minimize the damage by filling up on fruit and by avoiding the snack cabinet at all costs. I also exercise a lot to try to undo any damage. But yeah, same issue.

Any type of nuts. They give you a fair amount of calories per serving, with lots of protein and healthy fats. Girl, I hope I can be where you are one day! I'm 5'2", 145 pounds. I'd kill to me 130, let alone 115. Losing weight might not necessarily get you the tummy you want, but toning up definitely will.

But see I thought I needed 1200 calories a day. Going lower than 1200 net a day seems rather dangerous to me. If I go up to 1350 or 1400 for a few weeks, and then drop back to 1200, will I lose weight?

Always yeah. So if I eat 1500 calories a day, it's because I exercised off 300.

Frozen Greek yogurt, specifically honey and cinnamon flavored. So good, and only 120 calories for 1/2 a cup! No fat!

I do to! Late at night I can resist the calling of whatever junk food is in the cupboard, but first thing in the morning all I want is sugar!

I try to run during TOM because I usually feel better afterwards (gets the blood moving) but during I feel dizzy and fatigued.

Try eating more for lunch, You sound like you're getting a good amount of protein from the cheese and fish, but try having something else with it, like a salad or some fruit. Then again, you're talking to the girl who consumes at least 75% of her calories through snacks.
