Stress Eating

Anyone have the same problem? How do you deal with it? I get stressed out SO easily and I just eat…and eat!

    Yep. When you figure out how to deal with it, let me in on your secret. In all seriousness though, I really just try to minimize the damage by filling up on fruit and by avoiding the snack cabinet at all costs. I also exercise a lot to try to undo any damage. But yeah, same issue.

    I agree with Kate - when you find out how to deal with it LET ME KNOW! I want in!!

    There are times when I get what my husband and I call a case of the "Eats".

    Both of us have our own separate stash's of protein bars, and other 100-ish calorie snacks. There are time when I just figure - OK, I'm hungry, got the eats, lets go with the string cheese or a protein bar, and maybe some of those pretzels for some crunch. And stick to those types of choices, if at all possible.

    For the last few days, I've really wanted ruffles chips and ranch dip. At some point, I'll likely given in, but I'm trying to focus on other things, and go to other options. We'll see if that works! LOL

    Just do the best you can, and realize there will be stumbles along the way.
