I am also turning 30 this year! My birthday is in about two and a half months. I would love to lose another 10-15 lbs before my bday as well. My current weight is 173 lbs and my goal weight is around 160 (I'm 5'11). Feel free to add me.

Ab Challenge Day 9 is complete! The leg lifts and the plank is getting harder.

Day 6 complete. It's definitely getting harder. The leg lifts were actually really difficult for me today. My abs are definitely sore.

Day 2 completed! 20 sit-ups - 8 crunches -8 leg lifts - 12 second plank. The plank was the hardest!
