Good morning! I'm up early (for me) on this Friday. Got my abs done, 45 sit ups 30 crunches 30 leg raises and 35 second plank today. Now I'm on to a run or swim to burn off some cals for some Friday fireball tonight. Happy Friday everyone!

    Ab Challenge Day 9 is complete! The leg lifts and the plank is getting harder.

    Its been 8 weeks short weeks since I had my baby girl and I jumped in on the ab challenge on day 3. My abs are definitely feeling it... but I already felt stronger today than when I did them 6 days ago! Woohoo

    Ok I am on day 5 and man I am sore, I did Zumba Abs today also. My husband has joined in and he makes it look so easy lol jerk :noway: I am not giving up though :smile:
