  • My advice to you is walk.... walk.... walk at a hefty pace. I would start walking daily or twice daily if possible. Then when you decide to run do it in intervals. 30 seconds running and 1 minute walking. Then build up from there. Make sure you have good shoes. That is very important. Good luck to you.
